標題Article:健康照護服務生態系統之生成與發展:價值共創觀點 Shaping and Developing a Health Care Ecosystem: Value Co-Creation Perspective

本研究嘗試透過一個宏觀的角度,結合服務生態系統與價值共創觀點,探討一個組 織結構較為複雜的長期照護產業,如何藉由價值共創活動形塑出「全人照護系統」,並探 討該系統在生成的過程當中,如何藉由強而有力的價值主張、價值共創,以吸引利害關 係人的參與及資源的投入,並讓利害關係人得以遵循,最終形成一個互相連結並能循環 發展的「照護服務生態系統」。 本研究透過質性研究的個案研究法,並以「斗六長泰老學堂照護服務生態系統的發 展過程」為研究標的。研究結果發現,該照護服務生態系統循序漸進地以三階段從價值 主張的建立、長泰老學堂內部照護系統的改善、在地社區照護生態系統的形成與發展, 足以顯現價值主張與價值共創具有不同的階段性角色,以作為利害關係人活動與資源分 享的指導原則。在過程中由主導者(斗六長泰老學堂執行長)從價值共創的觀點思考,應 採取哪些合理的制度,讓所有參與的行動者皆能有所遵循,並在資源共享與服務交換過 程中獲取利益,進而才能逐漸形成穩定的服務生態系統,而後才能擴大系統的影響範圍, 吸引更多行動者的加入、進行更多元化、更密集的價值共創活動,最終並提升服務生態 系統的總價值。

English Abstract

This study adopts the concept of service ecosystem and value co-creation to
explore in a macro perspective the ways value co-creation activities have
shaped a holistic care system in a long-term care agency that has a rather
complex organizational structure. It further investigates how a strong value
proposition along with vigorous value co-creation activities have been
leveraged to attract and guide participation of different stakeholders in the
process of creating a service ecosystem that is both coherent and scalable.
Based on analyses of the qualitative case study of the Day Care Center of
Douliu Changtai Senior Citizens’ School, findings of the research indicate that
the ecosystem is shaped and developed through three stages: identifying value
proposition, inner-center level and community level. Value proposition and
value co-creation play distinctive roles in different stages and are important
organizing principles for attracting stakeholders’ participation and sharing
resources. In the process, the leader (CEO of Douliu Changtai Senior Citizens’
School) adopted a value co-creation perspective to considering specific systems
to be used for providing common guidelines for all participating actors. As
benefits were gradually captured over time through the process of sharing
resources and exchanging services, a stable service ecosystem has been formed
as result. Finally, impacts of this system could be further expanded as more
actors were attracted by diversified and intense activities of value co-creation,
eventually leading to a greater value of the entire service ecosystem.

Zero to One: The Formation Process of Design Venture Teams

文化創意產業是新興起的產業型態,其背後有著重要的理論和實 務意涵值得吾人探討。過往和文化創意產業有關之創業研究,學者多 從巨觀角度探討扶植和鼓勵文化創意新事業發展的政策,未對創業團 隊形成的歷程有所著墨。本研究以設計創業團隊為例,透過比較個案 法,探討設計創業團隊從零到一的形成過程。研究發現,設計師由原 本互不熟識的個體到和他人共組創業團隊,會隨著關係深化而經歷四 個關鍵活動,包括:識別共同性和分享個人設計願景、產生建設型衝 突、提出創業構想和建立團隊,以及將對方納入在個人自我當中,形 成集體的我,這才讓團隊趨於穩定發展。最後,本研究根據研究結果, 討論其理論和實務意涵。

English Abstract

Cultural and creative industries are emerging industries that have vital
implications for management theory and practice. However, from a macroscopic
perspective, the literature on entrepreneurship in cultural and creative industries
has focused on policies that support and encourage the development of new
ventures, but little attention has been paid to the venture team formation processes.
Using a multi case study of design venture teams, this study explored the venture
team formation process from zero to one. Through qualitative analysis of data,
this study revealed that from being unfamiliar with each other to building a
venture team, the designers experienced four key stages: perceiving each other’s
commonalities and sharing a personal design vision, generating constructive
conflict, generating start-up ideas and building the venture team, and integrating
the other into the self and creating a sense of we-ness. A discussion of the
theoretical and practical implications are presented herein.

The Development Trajectory of Virtual Reality Literature in Main Areas

過去虛擬實境的回顧研究較針對特定領域的文獻,缺乏對於虛擬實境 整體文獻的回顧,透過時間排序,檢視其發展脈絡。因虛擬實境應用領域 廣,故本研究採用 Edge-betweenness Clustering 集群分析將文獻分群,再用 主路徑分析法,分析各集群的發展方向。本研究分析 Web of Science (WOS) 資料庫虛擬實境學術文獻,描繪五個較多學者研究的重點子領域學術文獻 之發展路徑軌跡,並使用圖像化軟體將引用關係簡易呈現,探討虛擬實境 學術文獻整體發展過程。虛擬實境學術文獻的五個重點子領域為:「手術模 擬」、「復健」、「暴露治療」、「製造業應用」、「神經認知」,本研究並分別對 此五個子領域進行主路徑分析,探討其發展軌跡,最後,對所有文獻做主 路徑分析,以瞭解各子領域的相關學術議題主流發展變遷。對於此領域有 興趣的學者,可透過此研究,快速掌握虛擬實境的發展脈絡與未來研究方 向。

English Abstract

Literature reviews of virtual reality have only focused on specific aspects of
virtual reality. This paper comprehensively reviews and analyzes prior studies in
the context of virtual reality. Edge-betweenness clustering analyses were
conducted on literature from the Web of Science database and were conducted to
identify the significant subfields of virtual reality, as well as to identify the
developmental track. The theme and the key point of interests of each group are
identified by again using the main path analysis method. Five subfields were
identified, “Surgical simulation,” “Rehabilitation,” “Exposure therapy,”
“Manufacturing applications,” and “Cognition.” We also conducted the main
path analysis of all subfields to analyze the relationship of the five subfields. The
results of this study help elucidate the mainstream development and changes in
the academic aspects of virtual reality and should help guide future research
directions for researchers interested in this field.
